Smith and Wesson model 442 caliber .38 special and .38 special +P with 2 speed loaders and concealable holster. The plus P rounds have a little more drop down power then the regular .38 special bullets.
This is another good gun for conceal carry. It is more comfortable then the cobra .38 derringer for sure, but is also a little bigger. I had the holster velcro to the inside of my purse and it worked great.
